Tom BrownTom joined Rolls-Royce from Brambles Industries in Australia, where he was Senior Vice President - Human Resources. Prior to this, Tom was the Group Human Resources Director for Allied Domecq, based in the UK. He also spent six years with BHP in Melbourne, Australia, first as head of Human Resources for BHP Petroleum and then as head of the Human Resources function for BHP as a whole. He was a member of the team responsible for the merger and integration of BHP Billiton.

Sharon DohertySharon has 20 years' blue chip company experience of working in Europe, America, Asia and the Middle East in senior people and change roles. In addition to her corporate career she had the opportunity to get involved in a non-executive role with Regents College, write a book about Heathrow's Terminal 5 and work with colleagues to start a people and change consultancy, ThinQ Differently, and an Internet media company, ThinQ Digital Media.

Jonathan FerrarJonathan Ferrar is Vice President of HR, Workforce Analytics, for IBM, based in Armonk, USA. In this role, Jonathan is responsible for worldwide workforce data, external insight and the global HR budget. Having joined IBM in 2000, Jonathan has held senior HR roles in recruitment, outsourcing and latterly as Director of HR, UK and Ireland. In this role, he led a team of approximately 200 HR professionals and has led major programmes on employee engagement, resource management, restructuring and pensions transformation.

Bill ParsonsBill is currently the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at ARM Holdings. Prior to this, he has held HR Directorships at Saga Group, Hussmann (Europe) and Murex Biotech. ARM Holdings has won many awards for management excellence, including the European Business Award for Business of the Year, as well as national awards for Best Employer, Best Company and Business Leader of the Year. Genevieve TennantGenevieve Tennant is Global Director of HR at Allen & Overy. She has more than 20 years' HR experience in professional services firms, including Ernst & Young, Schroders and Arthur D. Little, and has also run her own consultancy business. Since joining Allen & Overy in 2003, Genevieve has handled a range of HR assignments, with particular focus on performance management, career progression and diversity. Since being promoted to Global HR Director in 2005, she has led the international HR team and delivered on a number of key initiatives, and has generally worked to raise the importance of the HR/people agenda within Allen & Overy and wider legal sector.
